Kristen has been my best friend since we met in Miss O'Brien's fourth grade class. Throughout high school we were also neighbors, and spent every day together. We both went to Akron after high school, which only strengthened our friendship. She is hilarious, smart, fun, and one of my favorite people on the planet. Being in a long distance friendship is hard, but we make it work! I can't imagine having anyone else stand next to me on my wedding day.
Zachariah Wichman
Best Man
I met Zach freshman year of high school when I missed soccer tryouts but practiced with the team for most of the season anyway. He was the goalie and I was the (not so good) midfielder. Since then we have engaged in a lot of debauchery, all of which I would do all over again. Zach knows I am a man of few words (if any at all). Could not be happier to have Zach be one of my Best Men.
Addie D'Amico

Addie is my second cousin, but I have been lucky enough to also have her as one of my best friends for our whole lives. She's smart, funny, and her laugh is contagious. She is someone I can always talk to and I am so thankful to have her as my friend and my family. Addie is so much fun to be around, and I am so excited to spend my wedding day with her!
Adams Van Auker
Best Man
Adams and I were born on the same day in 1990 and somehow 30+ years later we live in Chicago and see each other way too much. We went to school together for 12 years and then spent my 4 (his 6) years of college driving back and forth Between Oxford and Cincinnati (twentyfourtwenty forever). To say Adams is a wildcard would be doing a disservice to him, he is unlike anyone you could ever meet, let alone be friends with. Could not share a birthday with a better man. He will absolutely make our celebration one for the books. Could not be happier to have him as one of my Best Men.
Annie McLaughlin

Annie and I actually met through Matt, as they were neighbors and friends for most of their lives! Annie moved to Chicago in 2016 and we became inseparable. From our brunch dates to watching Browns games together, we spent a lot of time together while she was in Chicago. She has since moved away, but we keep in touch and I am so grateful to have her as a friend and a bridesmaid!
Pepper Sokol
Groomsman
I met Pepper the summer before freshman year of High School. We played basically the same position for the Freshman basketball team. Naturally, we essentially hated each other. Somehow that turned into us working out at 5:30am every morning for almost 3 years straight before school. Not only was an incredible teammate, who always passed me the ball, but he also played great help defense (since I play no defense). We went on to Miami University together and even lived together our senior year (shoutout 419 N University). Could not be happier to have Pepper as a groomsman.
Katie Zazakis

Katie and I have been friends since we met at Nike in 2014. Working retail can bring you together like nothing else can! She is the best friend I have made since moving to Chicago and I'm so grateful for our friendship. She is funny, creative, and always up for anything! I am so happy she'll be with me on my wedding day.
Jon Owen
Groomsman
Jon is my step-brother who I have known since he was in a car seat. He continues to be much better than video games than I could ever be while also playing college volleyball at Mount Union. Although we are 12 years apart in age, Jon and I quickly realized we both loved Game Boy. Jon has never ceased to amaze me with his ability to sleep and play video games at such a high level (on PC- he is not a noob).
Maddy Owen

Maddy is Matt's step-sister, although she already feels like the sister I never had! I have known her over seven years and it has been amazing watching her grow up. I'm so thankful that we have such a strong relationship. Maddie is brilliant, artistic, and fun to be around. I can't wait to spend my day with her!
Clay Boggs

Clay is Hannah's brother. Clay is an Engineer in Philadelphia and has visited us in Chicago a number of times. I first met Clay when he was in high school and we have bonded over similar taste in music, sports and video games. I am excited to have Clay as part of the wedding party and cannot wait to have him as an integral part of this celebration.
