Question
What time should I arrive for the ceremony
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30. We suggest arriving by 4:00 to allow time for parking and getting situated. Please be seated by 4:15.

How can I get to the venue?
Answer
We suggest driving, carpooling, or using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. Valet parking will be available with a golf cart shuttle to the ceremony site. Please note our venue is off of a long country road with no street lights. We encourage guests to plan ahead for their departure to ensure a safe return to their accommodations.

Do you have a registry?
Answer
Our home is full of love, laughter, and a lot of stuff! We would be thrilled to receive monetary contributions towards our future together. Various funds are listed on the “Registry” tab on our website.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We suggest booking a hotel or Airbnb in/near Short Pump, which is about a 20 minute drive from the venue. On our "Travel" tab, there is a link for a 15% discount at the Short Pump Hampton Inn.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors
Answer
Our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. Our ceremony will be held under a large tree and our reception will be held in an open barn with fans for circulation.

What should I wear?
Answer
Early June in Richmond can get warm, even with shade and ventilation. We suggest wearing and light fabrics/colors and bringing something to cover up for later in the night in case you get cold. While the reception will be on concrete, the ceremony will be on a grasy, slightly sloped hill. Please keep this in mind when choosing footwear. (Floral patterns are highly encouraged!)

What kind of food/drink will be served?
Answer
Charcuterie will be provided during cocktail hour. Dinner will be a DIY pasta bar catered by Olive Garden. We will provide plenty of water, soda, beer, and wine, as well as two signature cocktails.

Can I bring my kids or a plus one?
Answer
