Paige and Bogdan met during the Summer of 2016. Paige had decided to work in Ocean City over the summer, while Bogdan got the opportunity to work there as a J-1 student with a work and travel visa. Bogdan was staying at a place across the bay from Paige. She saw him for the first time during a party outside of his place, and she was immediately captivated by his beauty and the way he carried himself. They started dating a couple months later.
They were crazy in love. Paige would walk around the bay every morning and enjoy a coffee with Bogdan at his place. They'd go to work in the morning, then spend the evenings together. They were inseparable. She showed him more of Ocean City and other places in Maryland. Unfortunately the summer was coming to an end, and they could not imagine life without each other. That is when he invited her to his home country, Romania. A few months later, Paige was on her way to Europe.
After spending two and a half amazing months in Romania, Paige flew back to the states. Bogdan and her spoke on the phone everyday. After months of long distance, Bogdan was finally approved for his second work and travel visa. He was sent to work as a life guard in Northern Virginia. Paige would go and visit him whenever she got the chance. Once the summer was over, Bogdans Visa was about to expire. They both knew they wanted to be together forever and could not bare the idea of losing each other. They got married in September 2017 and about five months later he got his green card.
Bogdan ended up going back to Romania in the summer of 2018 to continue his studies. Paige went to Romania for the second time a couple months later. They spent two amazing weeks with each other back at his home town, then spent an additional week in Spain where they got the incredible opportunity to stay with wonderful Romanian family friends.
No matter what distance, no matter what obstacles come into place, Paige and Bogdan have always made it work. They cannot wait to see what other adventures hold for their future together, and know it will be filled with the greatest love you could ever imagine.
