FAQs

If you have any questions, other than what is listed below, please reach out to Lindsey at (209) 747-6180.
Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate with you! Please note that due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate any additional guests beyond those listed on the invitation envelope.

Question

Are kids allowed ?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we are unable to accommodate them at our wedding. We hope you can still join us for our special day.

Question

Will there be transportation provided? Parking?

Answer

Unfortunately, there's no parking at the venue due to limited space and the owners have stated that street parking is strictly off-limits. As a thank you for making the trip and spending the day with the happy couple we will be providing $25 Uber vouchers to help with the cost of transportation to the venue on the day of the wedding. [A note from the owners of the venue: If you park on the street your car will be towed or ticketed at your expense. If neighbors complain about cars parked on the street and/or if the Sheriff's department is called, Matt & Lindsey's deposit will be forfeited and the remainder of their stay-wedding will be canceled immediately.] Voucher code: Here’s a video I found explaining how to add the voucher credit to your uber account. Hopefully it helps:) https://youtu.be/fg4GIiNKPNU si=bTVwUkkq_jtKNnGD

Question

Dress Code

Answer

Cocktail dresses, suits/business casual attire, but dress in something you love! The cliffside can be chilly at times so make sure to bring a jacket for the ceremony & dinner. Cocktail hour & after dinner reception will be held inside the house.

Question

Weather

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outside, weather permitting. Please check the local weather before the day, as you may need to bring a sweater or jacket for the evening! Please plan accordingly.

Question

Pictures!

Answer

The bride and groom are requesting an unplugged ceremony, and ask everyone to please put away all electronic devices and silent their phones during the ceremony to avoid any disruptions. BEFORE & AFTER the ceremony, please take as many pictures as you want! We love the idea of the different angles from the people we care about!

Question

What is an Unplugged Ceremony?

Answer

An "unplugged ceremony" refers to a wedding ceremony where guests are asked to put away their phones, cameras, and other electronic devices, and refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. The goal is to encourage guests to be fully present in the moment and enjoy the ceremony without distractions, while also benefiting the professional photographers who can capture better images without interference. Please respect the bride and grooms wishes!

Question

Smoking

Answer

Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you'd like to smoke we ask that you please step outside and away from the festivities. Please make sure all cigarettes and cigars are put out and disposed of properly. Thank you!
