When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP either on the website or with the physical cards by September 20th, 2019.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We have listed the time for the ceremony as 3:00 PM, with the ceremony starting at 3:30 PM. This is to allow time for all of our guests to arrive and be seated before the ceremony begins.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The requested dress code is casual cocktail attire. While no jacket is required for men, slacks and a button up are preferred. Sun dresses, cocktail dresses, skirts/slacks and blouses are preferred for women. Please, no blue jeans!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Included on the physical RSVP cards is an amount of seats being reserved at the ceremony and the reception. As the wedding is going to be small, we have opted to extend plus one's only to those whose date we know personally.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome! We have included the invited children in the chair reserve counts on the physical RSVP cards.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please do! Either through the RSVP on the website or the physical RSVP card. All of the food will be homemade, so allergy considerations are absolutely encouraged.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are unable to personally provide transportation to the venue. However, Uber and Lyft are both available in the area, and the hotels listed on our travel page are all a short distance from the Sertoma hall.
