Our ceremony starts promptly at 4:30. We ask that guest arrive 20 to 30 minutes early to accommodate parking and finding your seat.
Yes! We've arranged transportation to accommodate our venue's limited parking. A complimentary shuttle will run between the Hilton Garden Inn and White Cliffs Country Club, with return service following the reception.
We will be having an unplugged ceremony. We request that guests please silence and keep their phones/cameras put away. This allows everyone to be fully present and share in our special moment. Our professional photographer will capture every beautiful detail. We will be delighted to share those memories with you after the wedding.

While we love your children, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of the children in our wedding party. We appreciate your understanding in making alternative childcare arrangements.
Our ceremony will be outdoors at the gazebo, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place under the tent. Please anticipate wind as we will be ocean side. Guests will walk to the gazebo on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.
Our wedding calls for formal attire. Since our ceremony is outdoors and the reception will be held under a tent, we recommend dressing appropriately for the coastal environment. Please keep in mind that our oceanside venue can be windy, so plan your outfit accordingly.
Only guests explicitly named on your wedding invitation are invited to attend. We appreciate your understanding in helping us celebrate with those who know us best and managing the venue capacity.
