Are kids welcome?

Children are welcome at Friday night's festivities. For Saturday, we kindly ask for an evening just for the grown-ups. We appreciate your understanding!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have hotel blocks at two beautiful hotels that are located only minutes from our venue: Hotel Mountain Brook, and Hunter Lodge (Bluebird by Lark). We've toured both properties and are confident that all of our guests will love their stay at either. Please call each hotel to book in our room block. See the "Accommodations" tab for more information. We kindly ask that you prioritize booking at one of these two options and refrain from booking a local Airbnb.
