Our wedding attire is black tie preferred. We kindly ask guests to dress accordingly: gentlemen may wear a tuxedo or a dark suit with a tie, and ladies are invited to wear long, floor-length dresses or elegant evening attire. Kindly note the ceremony will be held on a grassy area. Narrow heels may sink into the lawn. We can’t wait to see everyone dressed up!
We love your little ones, but to allow all guests—including parents—to relax and fully enjoy the evening, we’ve chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. Thank you so much for understanding!
We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to limited space, we are only able to welcome the guests listed on your invitation envelope. If your invitation includes “and guest” or “___ family,” we would be absolutely delighted to have them join us!
Yes! There’s plenty of parking at the venue for all of our guests, and we’ll have someone outside to guide you to available spots.
Both our ceremony and reception will be held at A Matter of Taste at Tapawingo in Ellsworth, Michigan — just about 15 minutes from Charlevoix. Everything will take place at the same location, so everyone can simply relax and enjoy the evening!
