What is the dress code?
Answer
We are requesting guests wear formal or cocktail attire for our event. We recommend wearing rich jewel tones, greens, greys, or black for the event. Please do not wear white.

Are children invited?
Answer
No, to allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and celebration, we respectfully ask that no children attend. We are not allowing any guests under the age of 21. If you need assistance with finding childcare, please reach out and we can help provide recommendations of local family friends that can provide attentive, compassionate care for your children.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony will be outdoors (dependent on weather), and the reception will be indoors. Both events are occurring at the same location.

What is the best airport to use?
Answer
There are multiple airport options in the Bay Area. There is a small domestic airport in Santa Rosa - Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport. It is an 18-minute drive to Villa Chanticleer. Since it is a smaller airport, flights can be more expensive. Oakland International Airport a 1 hour and 30-minute drive to Villa Chanticleer. San Francisco International Airport a 1 hour and 45-minute drive to Villa Chanticleer. San Jose International Airport is a 2 hour and 15-minute drive to Villa Chanticleer. There are many people traveling from out of town. If you would like to split a rental car or carpool with another guest, please reach out so we can connect out of town guests.

Should we bring gifts? Where should we send gifts?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a physical gift, you can have it delivered to our home in Pittsburg. A wedding card box will be at our reception. We request no large gifts are brought on the day of the event. Our registry is linked to this website.

Is there parking on site?
Answer
Yes! Villa Chanticleer has a very large parking lot that can accommodate up to 100 vehicles. There is no need to travel between the ceremony and reception - simply walk inside!
