We first crossed paths in a few unexpected ways—at the gym, through our shared connection to the military, and later at a house party where everything finally clicked. What started as familiar faces in familiar places slowly turned into real conversations and a genuine friendship. On January 7th, 2024 after a long day of working became one of our very first meaningful moments together sitting on a dock in St. Mary’s, Georgia, watching the stars, and talking and laughing for hours. That quiet dock became our place—the same spot on January 18th, 2024 where I asked her to be my girlfriend, and on March 13th, 2025 after a year of building our love and foundation together and all the ups and downs and every single second in between that same spot on the dock is where I asked my best friend to marry me. From chance meetings to unforgettable milestones, our story has always felt like it was unfolding exactly where it was meant to.
