We have special discounted pricing for the wedding at this hotel. This is not a block, so availability is not guarenteed. Be sure to book early, as September is peak tourist season in the Hudson Valley. We have secured a shuttle to provide roundtrip transportation for our guests staying at this hotel. Be sure to check back in at a later date for details about pick up times. This hotel is walking distance to Uptown Kingston, where you can visit some of our favorite places! If you're in town before or after our big day, we recommend picking up some t-shirts at Hamilton & Adams, browsing the books(and beers) at Rough Draft, followed by dinner at Boitson's, and a night cap at the Stockade ;)

Bodenwedding Bus

Shuttle Bus transportation is available to all wedding guests. The bus will pick guests up at the following times and locations to bring them to the venue: 4:45 PM- Best Western Plus (503 Washington Ave) 4:55 PM- Courtyard Marriott (500 Frank Sottile Blvd) The shuttle bus will depart from the venue at 11:15 PM making stops at both hotels and the Kingston Trailways station for those who wish to attend the after party. The after party is located at The Crown, a short walk from the Kingston Trailways station (See "The After Party" for details).

If you're looking for more of a boutique hotel experience, this is for you! The Kinsley is located in the heart of Uptown Kingston, next door to many shops, restaurants and bars. On Saturday morning, the Kingston Farmer's Market is right outside on Wall Street.
