When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Please complete your RSVP on our website. Due to catering, the RSVP deadline is October 20, 2021.

Where is my RSVP?

Answer

If your RSVP does not show by typing your first or last name, please request an RSVP. This option should pop up if the website cannot find your form.

Are children invited?

Answer

If you have a child that is attending, please fill in their RSVP form attached to yours. If a child does not have an RSVP available, please request an RSVP with the couple by: 1. Complete your form for the listed RSVP recipients 2. Refresh your page 3. Submit an RSVP request with the name needed

Can I bring a date to the reception?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your RSVP form.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire, no white or full black! It's a celebration, not a funeral.

Where will the ceremony and reception be taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be inside Heartland Church's sanctuary. A cupcake reception will be provided for all guest followed by an intimate invite-only reception.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The doors will open at 1:30PM and close at 2:15PM. The ceremony will start at 2:30PM.

Are there any wedding events I can attend?

Answer

Once you arrive, please be seated for the ceremony. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, guests will be seated upon arrival. After the ceremony, all guests are invited to join us in the lobby for a cupcake reception.

What will happen at the cupcake reception?

Answer

Please join us following the reception to present the new Mr. and Mrs., cake cutting, first kiss, and cupcakes to share!

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! If you are needing wheelchair accessible, please let us know so our usher's can save a spot for you.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

After the ceremony, all guests are invited to join us for a cupcake reception.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered on Zola.com, Amazon.com, and at Bed Bath and Beyond. You can easily access all three of our registries in our registry tab on our website!

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

All décor is owned by the couple or borrowed. Please do not remove any décor!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #foundsomeboddy so we can keep track of all of your pictures. HOWEVER, please keep your phones put away during the ceremony. We promise that our photographer and videographer will catch all the moments!
