Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception is outside, with tables being placed under a pavillon. In case of rain, the reception will be moved inside.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes. There is parking in the back of the venue and overflow parking in the front.

How do we get to the venue?

Answer

We are working on potentially getting a shuttle for those staying at a hotel. Unfortunately there are no Ubers or Lyfts to Black Canyon City.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is formal (Black Tie affair). The weather can vary in Black Canyon City, but it can be pretty warm during the day with cooler temperatures at night.
