We first met in a college dorm room, introduced by mutual friends. We talked for hours that night, getting to know each other until 4 am. After that, we’ve been inseparable.
John took Savannah on a weekend trip to Fort Lauderdale where he grew up. We explored the city and went to all of his favorite spots from his childhood. One evening, after dinner on the water, we went to the beach to watch the stars, and that’s where John asked Savannah to be his girlfriend!
On our three year anniversary, John said we were going to a nice restaurant in Mandeville. John kept Savannah guessing all day- having friends and family say it wasn’t happening, playing loud music in the car, talking about random things. We got to Mandeville an hour early and John suggested we go over to see the beach. That’s where he had a photographer waiting and got down on one knee to ask Savannah to be his wife!
On May 20th, we knew we couldn’t wait any longer. We were married in a small, intimate ceremony on the beach where Savannah grew up. We felt God guiding us and wanted our relationship to honor Him. We are beyond excited to now celebrate our love with all of you at our wedding next May!
