John was Michael's high school EMT-B instructor. Ever since day 1 Michael grew very close to John AKA Captain. John knew Michael for about 3 years and Francesca for about 2 years. Michael went to him about just about everything he faced in life, so Michael knew John was the right person to ask for this big job!

Brian knew Michael for about 5 years and Francesca for about 2 years. Brian helped Michael throughout his fire department training and helped him make the right choices to be set for his future career in the fire service.

Breanna AKA Bre knew Michael since he was about 4 years old, and Francesca for about 2 years. Michael and Bre's family grew up together. When Francesca's life was in the worst Bre was the calming and reassuring voice behind her that kept her motivated and energetic day in and day out.
