Will it be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors followed by the reception indoors. Weather in Phoenix is usually beautiful this time of year!

Is there parking a the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is an ample amount of parking located at the venue. Our venue is located inside a gated community. Please enter through entrance gate off of Trilogy & Vistancia Blvd. No gate code required before 7:00PM. See map above.

What is best method of transportation to venue?

Answer

If unable to drive, we recommend to use Uber or Lyft to get to and from the venue. If using Uber or Lyft, our venue recommends to "reserve your ride" ahead of time on the app for your ride home at end of reception due to low amount of cars in the area. As our venue is located in a gated community, a gate code will be needed to access the venue after 7:00PM. Entrance gate is located on Trilogy & Vistancia Blvd. Code will be posted here soon to be able to send to drivers ahead of time. See map above.

Do you have any hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! Please visit the "Travel" tab for more information. Due to March being spring training month in Phoenix, we recommend to book your accommodations as soon as possible!
