Are children allowed?

While we encourage parents to have a kid free night, children are more then welcome to attend, our littles will be there to celebrate with us and we would love for them to have someone to play/dance with! Please let us know if you’re bringing your children so we can accommodate food correctly.

Will there be shuttles from hotel to venue?

Answer

No, there will not be any transportation available to venue from hotel. We chose our venue with thoughts of hotels close by. Both hotels with room blocks share a parking lot and are walking distance from the hotel. Note: Waterbird is right next to our venue.

Kindly RSVP by August 30! No RSVP by this date will be taken as you’re not attending!

When should I Arrive?

4:00pm We are asking guest to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated and to keep the day on schedule!
