Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place on the Bullock Terrace, located on the Conference Level at Live! by Loews in Downtown Saint Louis. The venue is located just across the street from Busch Stadium. We are excited to share our special day with you with spectacular views of the stadium and adjoining Ballpark Village entertainment complex.
The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will both take place on the outdoor Bullock Terrace, weather permitting. The reception will be held inside the Cardinal Ballroom, located on the same level.
Yes. For our guest who are staying at the hotel, overnight parking is available in the self-service garage or by way of valet service. For our guests attending the ceremony and/or reception only, complimentary valet service is available for the event.
We are so excited to see our guests dressed up for our big day! We request cocktail attire. Please no jeans, t-shirts, sneakers or flip-flops.
We were hoping you'd ask! The ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m. We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating. If you choose to arrive earlier, enjoy a cocktail at Bar Bourbon, located in the hotel center lobby.
Yes! Drinks are on us, the hangover is on you! If you do not plan to stay overnight at the hotel, please drink responsibly and carpool/Uber if needed! :)
We would love for all of our family and friends to be fully present in the moment with us, so we are requesting an "unplugged" ceremony. We ask that our guest silence/turn off their phones and refrain from taking photos and videos during the ceremony. Our photographer will take care of the photo coverage. You are more than welcome to take as many photos/videos as you'd like at the reception, and we would love for you to share those moments will us!
We kindly request that this be an adults only event, with the exception of children in the wedding party and our immediate family. We hope this allows everyone to have a fun date night!
We have tried our best to accommodate our guests, but unfortunately space is limited. If a plus one has been allotted to you, your invitation will reflect that. We look forward to spending the evening celebrating with our closest friends and family!
After the ceremony, we will be taking a few photos with our family. Guests can enjoy cocktail hour with drinks and passed hors d'oeuvre's on the terrace.
We prefer your presence, rather than your presents! We will have a card box, if you'd like to share your well wishes with us!
