Are masks required?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception are both outside/open air. With that being said, we are not requiring masks to be worn at all times. However, we are providing masks, gloves, and sanitizer and we ask that you respect the social distancing when possible. Masks are required when inside the building for bathroom or food. We understand everyone has different opinions about what is appropriate or not and we want to be able to celebrate this day with full disclosure and respect. If you have concerns or if this changes your availability, please let us know.

What about COVID?

Answer

In the event that there is a virus setback, our venue coordinator has taken precautions and has plans to accommodate our special day. The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will be in a covered open air space with room for social distancing. If anything changes, we will update you personally!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP on our website no later than March 31, 2021 to allow us time to make necessary changes.

Where will the reception be held?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are being held at the same venue location, Reinhart's Barn.

What about food?

Answer

We will be hosting a buffet style reception, so there is no need to choose a meal option in advance. We will post updated menu options once we finalize. If you have allergy concerns, please let us know ahead of time.

Dress code?

Answer

Semi formal attire would be wonderful! Ladies - If you plan on wearing heels, our ceremony location is along an unpaved path, but we will have tram car transportation to get you to and from the seating area.

Where should I park?

Answer

Parking is free on site and you will be directed upon arrival.

Can I take pictures and post them on social media?

Answer

We ask that you do not take pictures during the ceremony. Our wonderful photographer will capture the moments and it will be shared. At all other times, please take all the pictures your heart desires! If posting them, please use our wedding hashtag #TilDolphDoUsPart so that we are able to view all of the wonderful moments you capture!
