In May 2017, Bobby and Ruthie formally met each other at Stevie Espinoza's birthday party at Rudy's BBQ. (They would later realize they shared a college class together a few years prior, where they sat on opposite sides of the classroom). Several months would go by before Bobby and Ruthie reunited on campus at Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi. After weekly yoga dates, the couple had their first real dinner date on November 10, 2017. From then on, they supported each other as their relationship grew and they finished their degrees at TAMUCC. Then, they moved to Austin, Texas where they built a life together with friends and family. On May 7, 2022, Bobby proposed to Ruthie in front of all their closest loved ones. Now, they can't wait to celebrate their union with all of you!
