if you arrive extra early, take a trip downtown to the river market for the City Market farmer's market with tons of vendors and fun produce to snack on. walk to Betty Rae's for some excellent KC ice cream, and know that you'll also be in a great spot to try a ride on the free street car!

If you need a spot to wander if you get in just a little early, our venue is very close to the Plaza. You can admire the unique architecture as well as some iconic fountains of KC. There's also plenty of shopping and dining options.
