Our first official interaction was when Jessica answered the door for Bobby during their church group's midweek. Jessica jokingly called Bobby Indie as a reference to the hat he wore, little did she know Bobby was a massive Indiana Jones geek. They didn't really start talking until some of the group went to go watch Deadpool 3 (the most church friendly film) where Bobby and Jessica sat next to each other. The two got to talking about comics and movies and continued the conversation after the movie concluded. Bobby would then go on to ask Jessica out to minigolf for their first date. Afterwards they would get kicked out of a Chinese buffet for talking too long. He would later ask to date exclusively as boyfriend and girlfriend during that year's Dragoncon. NEEEERRRDS! Over a year later of cat antics, Dungeons and Dragons, and numerous rants on Skyrim modding, the pair decided to get married and Bobby proposed to Jessica during their Christmas vacation of 2025.
