Kindly RSVP by April 30th! We’re counting chairs, planning meals, and triple-checking everything. The sooner we hear from you, the smoother the party planning will be. Plus, we really want to celebrate with you!

As much as we love your loved ones, we’re keeping our guest list intimate and by invitation only. We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation join us for the celebration. We hope you understand and can enjoy a well-deserved night out with us!

Answer

There is no reserved blocks at any hotel. However, we've partnered with Ayres Hotel in Carlsbad for a 15% off discount for our wedding guests. Check out the 'Travel' section for the link!

Answer

There will be no shuttle service provided, but don’t worry—there’s plenty of on-site parking at the venue. You’re welcome to drive yourself, carpool, or use a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. The venue has graciously allowed cars to be left overnight until 10:00 AM the next morning, so feel free to celebrate safely and pick up your car the next day. Better safe than stylishly stranded!

Yes, there is plenty of on-site parking available at the venue.

Answer

We’ve got plenty of towels, toasters, and “Live, Laugh, Love” signs. What we don’t have is a house or a honeymoon fund. If you’re feeling generous, we’d absolutely love a little cash, check, or card contribution to help us start our life together (you can do this easily through the registry tab on our website). A card box will also be available at the reception for your convenience. Think of it as helping us build a life, not just a linen closet!

The ceremony will promptly begin at 3:00 PM, so please arrive a little early to find your seat and settle in. We want you to be part of every moment. Doors open at 2:30 PM, and we kindly ask everyone to be seated and ready before the walk down the aisle begins. Cocktail and reception details TBD.

We’re having a mostly phone-free ceremony—but don’t panic, there’s a plan! We’re asking guests to keep phones and cameras away so everyone can be fully present with us (and not watching through a screen). BUT there will be a special moment during the ceremony when our officiant will invite everyone to whip out their phones for a quick photo op! After that, it's back to being in the moment- until the ceremony ends. Then it’s a free game. You can snap, post, selfie, and TikTok to your heart’s content!

Garden Formal: Dress to Impress! Think spring vibes: light suits, soft colors, florals, and flowy fabrics! Men: Light-colored suits like tan, grey, or soft blues and greens—avoid black and white suits. Women: Pastels, floral prints, and fun textures are encouraged. Please refrain from wearing black and white.
