Our ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM, so we kindly ask guests to arrive between 3:30-3:45 PM. The reception will end around 10:00 PM. For those who want to keep the celebration going, stay tuned for after-party details.
Please join us in cocktail attire for the wedding. The ceremony will be outdoors and brief, but since February can be chilly, we recommend bringing an evening jacket or wrap just in case. We love your little ones, but we’ve decided to keep our celebration an adults-only event, with the exception of our ring bearer. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax, celebrate, and have fun with us!
We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony. We've chosen to have an "unplugged" ceremony so that everyone can be fully present with us in the moment — and so our photographer can capture everything beautifully, without phones in the way. Feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like during the cocktail hour and reception! Thank you for understanding and helping us create a meaningful experience.
Yes! We’ll have a full open bar with beer, wine, and select liquors available throughout the evening, along with non-alcoholic options. In accordance with the venue's policy, we kindly ask that no outside alcoholic beverages be brought into the venue.
All wedding events on Saturday will be at the Hermitage Golf Course in Nashville. The ceremony begins in the private garden, followed by cocktail hour on the putting green and then an indoor reception with dinner and dancing. Please head to the garden area upon arrival—accessed via the path to the left of the main entrance.
