Welcome Dinner Party at Cachasol Distillery

Attire: Beach Casual | Think relaxed, breathable, and easy to move in. Short-sleeved button-downs, linen sets, sundresses, and dressy sandals all fit the vibe. The welcome dinner takes place outdoors on gravel and unpaved paths, so comfortable, stable footwear is key.

Cachasol Distillery Schedule 5:00–6:00 PM | Arrival Cachasol Distillery is a rustic, open-air space tucked into the nearby jungled hills of Sayulita. Happy Hour kicks off at the Cachashade Bar with craft cocktails, agua frescas, fresh guacamole, and spicy salsa (Bobby's favorite). Cachasol’s team will guide small groups through the Racilla Taberna - a look at their distillation process for anyone interested. This property is also super welcoming to the kiddos with a beautiful playground onsite. 6:15–6:30 PM | Guided Tequila Tasting and Welcome Toast Official tequila tasting followed by a short welcome toast to kick off the wedding weekend. 6:30–8:00 PM | Dinner, Celebration, and Speeches Private sunset family-style dining with authentic Mexican dishes: antojitos, grilled chicken and seafood, handmade quesadillas, sopes, and refreshments. Dessert and a few casual speeches will round out the meal. 8:00–9:30 PM | Explore and Unwind Reminder to keep it fresh for the big day!

Wedding Day at Casa Flor de La Vida!

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Attire: Elevated Beach Casual | Light, breathable fabrics meet refined silhouettes and elevated accessories. Colorful dresses, linen sets, chic jumpsuits, and dressy sandals for women; lightweight button-downs, tailored linen pants or chinos, loafers or clean sandals for men. Shorts? Prob not. Think fun jewel and vibrant color tones, all the textures, and sun-friendly fabrics. Bring on the color.

Guests will be welcomed onto the lawn for light appetizers and refreshments. 5:15 PM–5:45 PM | Ceremony We’ll gather on the lawn for an intimate ceremony timed just before golden hour. 5:45 PM–7:00PM | Cocktail Hour Cocktail hour continues on the villa’s lawn and terraces with refreshments. This is the perfect time to explore property, mingle, and ease into the night. 7:15PM | Dinner & Speeches Dinner will be served under the open sky, family style, at communal tables on the lawn. The meal highlights local seafood, thoughtful meat dishes, and vibrant vegetarian options. Expect a relaxed, shared experience that feels like the best version of a coastal feast. 8:30 PM–10:00 PM | Dancing and Celebration Once dinner winds down, we’ll transition into dessert, music, and dancing under the palapa

Beach Day at Oliva’s

Attire: It's the beach!

The day after the wedding, we’ll gather at Oliva’s Restaurant and Bar in San Pancho, Nayarit. It’s a beautiful, laid-back beachfront spot with lounge chairs, food, and drinks available throughout the afternoon. There’s no formal schedule for this beach day. Just settle in, order what you’d like, swim when you feel like it, and enjoy the time together as we reminisce on the week. Feel free to drop in or stay all day 🤍 This will be a pay-your-own-way kind of day, so everyone can order whatever they’re in the mood for!
