Question

Will I have fun?

Answer

Yes

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You'll be able to RSVP through RSVP tab of our website! It's relatively straightforward, but if you have any trouble please let us know and we're happy to help.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Get a little fancy for the night! Consider the dress code as "Casual Cocktail" - Cocktail attire, but we want you to feel comfortable. If your heels are too high or the top button on your dress shirt is too tight, feel free to kick off those shoes & loosen that tie!

Question

What will the weather look like?

Answer

August in the White Mountains is predictably warm, with midday temps typically in the 70's - 80's. Evening temps have the potential to drop into the 60's or high 50's. Both the ceremony & reception will be primarily indoors, and the cocktail hour will be outdoor (weather-permitting).

Question

Where & When should I book my hotel room(s)?

Answer

We have a room block reserved at the Common Man Inn & Spa - when booking, please let them know that you're attending the Giambruno/Peterson wedding. Please be sure to reserve your room(s) by June 15th, 2023 as our reserved rooms will be released to the general public on that date! There will be additional rooms available at the Fairfield Inn in Plymouth, NH, though not under a room block. Our complimentary shuttle will stop at BOTH hotels before and after the wedding! **there are additional accommodation recommendations under the "Travel" tab of our website**

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:15pm, so we recommend that you arrive by 4pm to have time to mingle, grab a drink, and take your seat. The last trolley before the ceremony will drop guests off at the venue before the ceremony begins.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Our venue has ample parking, but if you're staying at the Common Man Inn & Spa or the Fairfield Inn, feel free to leave your car at the hotel and take the shuttle over to our ceremony. We love you all very much, so please don't drink and drive!

Question

How do I get from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

The greenhouse ceremony, patio cocktail hour, and barn reception are all located on the same property within 100ft of each other! The venue is called The Barn on the Pemi and it's located at 341 DW Highway in Plymouth, NH.

Question

What if I have a dietry restriction, food allergy, etc.?

Answer

We will have a variety of food options during cocktail hour and dinner, but if you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know ASAP and we'll do our best to accommodate!

Question

What time will the wedding end?

Answer

We plan on dancing the night away until they kick us out! ... which will be around 11pm. Shuttles will be waiting to bring you back to your hotel. Be sure to stop by the Rise & Shine Cafe in the Common Man Inn & Spa lobby the next morning to say goodbye before you leave town!
