We're Getting Married!

As most of you know, Flynn lives in London, UK and I (Bobbie Jo) live in New York City, US. February 23, 2020, we met at the NoHo location of Rumble Boxing in New York City, completely by chance. Flynn was visiting NYC to see his good friend who lives close by. Both of them last minute decided to pop in to take the Rumble class that I happened to be teaching. Let's just say Flynn took back to back classes I had to teach, instead of just one, so we could have even the slightest bit longer to get to know each other rather than the 5 minutes after the one he came for. When classes finished, we spoke for about 15-20 minutes in the lobby, and I knew right then and there that this boy was going to be important to me for the rest of my life. He walked out those doors, the world shut down, and our love story fully began. After back and forth DM's on Instagram, March 23, 2020, we FaceTimed for what would be the first of hundreds. July of 2020, I flew to London to be with him, pushed my flight back to stay longer, and the rest is history. It's been a continuous journey of flying back and forth between London and NYC to see each other, and we wouldn't change a thing. Though it will be VERY SPECIAL to finally live together! "When you know you know" showed its true colors here. Long distance might not be everyone's cup of tea, but it's been a massive role in our story. When you have the right person on the other side, you don't let that go. Even if there is 3,459 miles between you.
