We first matched on a dating app in 2021, but never made plans to meet. Around that same time, Matt had just moved to Hudson, WI, and Bobbie often spent weekends there with her friends. One night, fate stepped in. We both happened to be out in Hudson with our groups, and our paths crossed. A few weeks later, we went on our first date - and it was one of the best dates either of us had ever been on. But, for reasons neither of us can fully explain, a second date never happened. Months passed, until Matt reached out again - this time asking if Bobbie would give him a “second first date.” With some hesitation but an open mind, Bobbie agreed. The second first date was at an arcade (where Bobbie proudly beat Matt in every single game), and from that night on, everything changed. We’ve been inseparable ever since. In 2024, we moved in together and brought home our sweet puppy, Hadley. Then, in December, 2025, during Bobbie’s birthday trip to Florida, Matt proposed - making it the best birthday surprise yet. And now, we can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter of our story with all of you!
