Will this be a reception only event?

Answer

Yes. The couple has chosen to have an intimate destination ceremony. However, we are excited to celebrate with our extended family and friends at the reception in Washington!

Will there be food at the reception?

Answer

Uh, yes we are total foodies, and would not throw a celebration without food!

What is a soft start?

Answer

We understand by holding our reception on a Friday, some people might be rushing to get off work. A "soft start" means the couple and their families will begin welcoming guests at the venue beginning at 5:30pm. This will allow any guests who plan on attending after work a buffer period where they have time to still partake in the events.

Is the ceremony invite only?

Answer

Yes, because of a concrete head count, the ceremony will be invite only.

Are their any hotel accomodations?

Answer

Yes, the couple has made arrangements for guests to receive a discounted rate at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Tacoma Puyallup. Guests have until July 1st to book their stay. After July 1st, guests can still book at this hotel, however the discounted rate may no longer be available.

What is the attire for the wedding?

Answer

We are calling it cocktail-casual! Wear what you are comfortable dancing and celebrating in!

Can I bring an additional person to the reception celebration?

Answer

The couple is blessed to have LARGE families on both sides. Because of this, our guest list is at the complete maximum allowed. We would love to give everyone a plus one, but unfortunately, we have to stay within our guest count. Thank you for understanding.

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND parents enjoying a night out to themselves! However, we welcome our younger guests that are listed on the RSVP.

What if I don't RSVP by the deadline and decide to show up anyway?
