If approved by bride and groom. There is VERY limited parking at the venue and it up a windy dirt mountain road. Please enjoy our complimentary shuttle provided from Monarch Hotel and Casino to and from the venue.

YES ! that is why we chose to have everyone stay in a Casino town! We will be gambling and partying at the casinos until we drop!

The bride and groom love electronic dance music and hired their favorite DJ along with a saxophone player so everyone can get their groove on !

What will be the altitude at the venue
Answer
The venue sits at 9,000 feet. That means for every 1-2 drinks it is equivalent to 2-4 drinks. Please drink responsibly :) If your schedule allows, you can arrive in Colorado 1-2 days prior to the wedding in order to help you get acclimated !

Yes! We will be hosting an open bar at the reception! The Bar package includes: Colorado Vodka Co, Bear Creek Silver Rum, Breckenridge Gin, Exotico Blanco Tequila, and Caskhouse Bourbon 2 House Level Wines and 2 Standard Level Wines Coors, Coors Light and 4 Craft/ Local Beers from our list of options

Can I bring my own alcohol

No outside alcohol is allowed, it must be served from a bartender working the event

How do I get from the airport to the hotel
Answer
Please plan to rent a car or book a shuttle bus with Ramblin Express or ACE coach buses, links below. You could also Uber or Lyft, but may be pricey since it is approximately one hour and 15 minutes from the airport. TURO is also a great app with more affordable rentals cars. The ceremony is held outside on the ceremony deck along with cocktail hour. The reception will be indoors.

It is not required, but is always welcomed and appreciated by the bartenders and staff. Please bring cash if you would like to do so.

Of course! There will be a selection of : Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Bottled Water, Gingerale, Tonic, Club Soda, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Grapefruit Juice, Pineapple Juice, Bitters, Basic Mixers for Cocktails and Vermouth for Martinis. Garnishes - Limes, Lemons, Olives, Cherries. Fresh Squeezed Lemon and Lime Juice!
