What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is at 4 pm, so please arrive by 3:45 pm.

We are registered at Target, Amazon, and through our wedding website, Zola.

What are we eating?

Answer

Dinner is buffet-style. For cocktail hour, there will be two appetizers passed around - Coconut Shrimp with Sweet Chili Sauce & Mini Italian Meatballs During the reception, there will be Pan Seared Chicken Breast with Tomato Bacon Jam, Pan-Seared Mahi-Mahi with Fresh Mango Salsa, and Grilled Eggplant and Cauliflower Casserole (Vegan). There are 3 side options - a Classic Ceasar Salad, Herb Roasted Baby Potatoes & Wood Grilled Seasonal Vegetables Dessert will follow.

How is parking at the venue?

The owners of the venue have a parking area, so parking is free. They will be directing parking as cars are coming in. NOTED: Parking is near the ceremony location, so please arrive by 3:45 pm to ensure your arrival does not coincide with the ceremony.

Will the wedding be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be taking place outside by the lake. Cocktail hour will be held outside as well. The reception will be inside the ballroom. In the event of inclement weather, all events will be held inside the ballroom.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We both love your little ones so much and want to have them all at our wedding, but we are unfortunately limited on the guest capacity at our venue. Please only bring your children if indicated on your RSVP on the website.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. Please reach out if any questions on this and thank you for your understanding!
