How do I get to the venue?

Answer

700 W Convention Way, Anaheim, CA 92802 Note: enter off of S Harbor Blvd. Do NOT enter off of West St. You will not have access into the hotel grounds.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is free self-parking or you may use the valet service for $39. For self-parking, the wedding coordinator & her team will provide a bar code sticker to place on your parking receipt that you will scan on your way out.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend you arrive at least 30 minutes before the event to allow time to navigate the hotel grounds and parking. If attending the ceremony, please arrive by 3:30pm. For the reception, please arrive by 5pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate children named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire. Ladies should wear evening gowns or elegant cocktail dresses, so pick the hemline you feel best in. Gentleman can wear a tuxedo, but they don't have to—a suit and tie are also appropriate.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

October is a pretty mild month. Pack a light jacket/coat in case the temperature dips in the evening.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Indoors.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Food and drinks will be served at the reception. We will have a traditional Vietnamese/Chinese 8-course meal.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

There will be Vegetarian options available with advance notice. Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions so we can accommodate.

Answer

Please do! We would hate for these to go to waste.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #bobnguyenslily so we can keep track of all of your pictures! Please note, for the ceremony, we ask that you keep your phones away, for an unplugged ceremony.
