Hotel
We have set aside rooms for Thursday, Friday (wedding night), and Saturday for our guests. Please follow the following link (don't forget to tell them you are with the Miltenberger Wedding!): https://book.passkey.com/go/ClarkMiltenbergerWedding Rooms must be reserved within the block by September 6, 2018 if you want to receive the group rate and be guaranteed a room. You can also call to book a room under our block but the link is a more efficient way for booking a room. Transportation included from hotel to ceremony and reception. NOTE: If you have not booked a room yet, you may still do so. Just request that if possible, you can be at the discounted room block rate for the Miltenberger/Clark wedding. Shuttle

There will be shuttles running from the hotel to Spruce Mountain Ranch and back on the day of the wedding! Shuttle service will begin at 3:00pm, last shuttle to the wedding will leave around 3:15pm. The wedding reception will end at 11:00pm with buses running back to the hotel at that time. There will be a bus coming around 9:15pm for those wanting to leave earlier. PLEASE NOTE: The bride and groom strongly recommend and prefer that guests take the shuttles to and from the wedding. If you feel otherwise, please make sure you follow all SMR rules for leaving your car, and DO NOT drink and drive. Thank you!

If you are renting a car, or are relying on another form of transportation, here are the estimated travel times around the area: Denver International Airport (DIA): DIA to Hilton Inverness: 25 - 40 minutes depending on traffic (32 miles) DIA to Breckenridge Brewery: Likely over an hour if you are coming to the rehearsal dinner straight from the airport due to the time. minutes depending on traffic (35 miles) DIA to Spruce Mountain Ranch (Wedding Venue): 1 hour to 1 ½ hours depending on traffic (60 miles) likely closer to 1.5 Hilton Inverness: Hilton Inverness to Breckenridge Brewery: 18 to 25 minutes depending on traffic (12 miles) Hilton Inverness to Spruce Mountain Ranch (Wedding Venue): 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic (31 miles)
Travel Note
For those that are flying to Denver, there are some options for transportation to the hotel or wherever your destination will be. First, you can rent a car at the airport, and you will bt to the rental car lot via an airport shuttle. From there, you can exit the airport and follow directions to the Inverness or wherever you are staying, Second, Bob and/or Larisa are happy to pick anyone up, if their time and schedules allow (we know how busy everything will be ha!). Third, Uber and Lyft are very popular and you should have no trouble requesting either for a ride upon landing. (Cabs are also an option, of course). Fourth, the light rail is available at the airport and you can take the A line to the Peoria stop, then transfer to the R line which will take you to either County Line or Lincoln, both of which are fairly close to the Inverness and are readily accessible for Uber, Lyft, or cab.
