It’s wedding week folks! We’re so excited to have you all join us for events on Friday and Saturday in beautiful Upstate NY! Friday Night Welcome Dinner 9/26 6pm - 8pm Madison County Distillery, 2412 Rt 20, Cazenovia, NY 13035 - Attire is festive casual. (See below) Hampton Inn guests can walk there though it’s not the simplest path! Anyone arriving by car, please be advised you must be traveling East on Rt 20 to enter the Distillery. Saturday Wedding day! 9/27 4pm - 11pm The Brae Loch Inn, 5 Albany Street, Cazenovia, NY 13035. - Attire is Festive Cocktail. (See below) Look your best and have fun with it, it’s an upstate NY Fall wedding after all! WEDDING DAY TAXI SERVICE DETAILS: Hamilton Taxi service will run guests from The Hampton Inn to and from The Brae Loch Inn and back starting at 3:30pm and ending at 11:30pm. They have a Toyota Minivan that can run about 6/7 people at a time. It’s a 5 minute trip and we urge you to use this service. The van will be available to go back and forth during the wedding if you need anything at your hotel. I will share the cab drivers number the day of the wedding. 4pm - 5pm is cocktail hour. Beer and wine will be served, as well as light bites. 5pm - 5:30pm Ceremony Preparation - head across the street to Lakeland Park for our wedding ceremony. Look for Bob’s Dad outside on the Brae Loch patio to usher you across the street and fill in the seats by the beautiful willow tree! 5:30pm - 6pm We get hitched! Uncle Mike will officiate a short ceremony. 6:15pm - 7pm Dinner at The Brae Loch! Please see the seating chart to find your table. After Dinner is over, Holly and Bob’s first dance. Watch us do our best out there followed by an open dance floor all night! Again, we’re super excited for this and unbelievably grateful you traveled to join us. We hope the weekend is beautiful for you all. Enjoy the town, enjoy the area and enjoy each other’s company.
Dress to impress! Festive cocktail attire requested. Please make note of the weather for the day of - temperatures in upstate NY during the fall can vary wildly. Please stay comfortable! There will be both indoor and outdoor portions of the ceremony and reception.

Think elevated comfort by pairing an embellished sweater with dark jeans or chinos, or a casual dress with fun footwear and layered accessories. The key is to blend personal style with seasonal spirit, ensuring your outfit is both appropriate for the event and comfortable to wear.
The reception will feature a seated dinner. Selections for entree's will be sent with formal invitations. Please note any allergies or dietary restrictions for us to pass on to the venue. Kids meals will be provided for guests under 12.
