When and where is the wedding?

Wine & Roses Lodi, Ca at 6pm. We kindly ask all guests to arrive by 5:45 PM, as the ceremony will begin right at 6:00 PM.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

YES! Ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all located at our venue.

Are there hotel blocks or recommended places to stay?

We’ve set up a hotel block to make your travel planning easier! Here are the details: Wine & Roses Please call directly to reservations at 209.334.6988 and refer to the Bobadilla- Hernadez Wedding Room Block in order to get the discounted rates. Book by Tuesday May 6th 2025 to make all reservations before the room block is released.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If your invitation was addressed to you alone, we kindly ask that you attend solo. Thank you for understanding!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony and Cocktail hour will be held outdoors. *Please dress accordingly and consider the summer heat. Reception to follow indoors.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

Can’t make it? That’s okay—we still love you! Just be sure to RSVP ‘no’ so we don’t save you a seat (or a slice of cake).
