When do I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 15, 2025. You can RSVP on our wedding website under the "RSVP" tab. We will also include a paper RSVP with the formal wedding invitation if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us.

What happens if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as "not attending." We will miss you celebrating with us. However, we have to provide a total guest count to our venue in a timely manner. Thank you for understanding!

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! Please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "attending" but find that you will not make it, please notify us as soon as you are aware. Thank you!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin at 5:30pm. Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony so you can find parking and settle in your seat before the proceedings begin.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us for our big day! We are requesting the attire to be semi-formal or dressy casual.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place on the fairway at Rayburn Resort followed by our cocktail hour and reception located on The Lawn/Great Oak Room of Rayburn Resort. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoor/outdoor events.

Will you have room blocks for guests to stay at the Resort?

Answer

Yes! Rayburn Resort has room blocks in place to accommodate for any guests that wish to stay. You can find this information and the link under the "Travel" tab. You will also find a discount code for our wedding. You have options to book The Lodge, a Lakeside Cabin or a Cove Cabin of your choice.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony stays unplugged and that all cameras/phones be silenced and put away. We want everyone to be fully present with us. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture our special day, which we will share with you. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a plus one/date?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest friends and family. As we're keeping it very intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! We will have plenty of available parking space at Rayburn Resort entrance.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We love your children and they are always welcome. However, feel free to take this opportunity for a date night and enjoy yourselves! If you do wish to bring your children, we ask that you please note their attendance on your RSVP. Thank you!

Are you registered?

Answer

Yes! If you wish to purchase a gift, we are registered at Zola and Target. You can find the links under the “Registry” tab. Thank you!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will be providing two alcoholic beverage tickets per guest. Please bring cash or a card for the bar if you wish to purchase more. We can't wait to celebrate with you all!
