Welcome Reception Details

We're delighted to host a welcome reception at the Beaufort Hotel on Friday evening to begin our wedding weekend celebration! Join us in the Shackleford Room and Balcony from 7:30–10:00 PM for drinks and good company. Casual attire is perfect, and attendance is entirely optional—we'd love to see you there, but no pressure if you can't make it.

What time should we arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please start arriving by 4:30-4:45 to park and find a seat! The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm.

What is the wedding ceremony and reception attire?

Answer

Attire is formal. The bridal party will be dressed in tuxedos and floor-length gowns. Our ceremony will take place outdoors under a pavilion, offering shade and gentle breezes from the intracoastal waterway, while the reception will be held indoors. We kindly request that guests avoid wearing jeans, flip-flops, or shorts.

Do we have to stay at the Beaufort Hotel?

Answer

No, you do not have to book accommodations here! We will be staying here for the entirety of the weekend. This is where all wedding events will take place.

If we decide to stay at The Beaufort Hotel, is there a room block?

Answer

Yes, we've reserved a room block at The Beaufort Hotel with a special discounted rate. You can find the reservation link under the "Travel" tab on our wedding website. If you find that no rooms are available, please contact the bride or groom, and we'll work to expand the block to accommodate more guests.

34 North Restaurant welcomes both hotel guests and the public, offering a delightful dining experience for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. During peak season, we recommend making a reservation to ensure availability.
