We were married in a small ceremony on the Pacific coast in Florence, OR, surrounded by a few of our closest family & friends. Our wedding day rituals reflected our shared Unitarian Universalist background and strong affinity with the natural world, incorporating the elements of air, earth, water, and fire, and guests shared poems, songs, well-wishes, and advice. We exchanged rings and vows standing under a canopy made by our mothers, and held up with pieces of driftwood by our wedding guests, symbolizing the strength and creativity of our community that fortifies our relationship. Several photos from our wedding day are on this site, and more will be on display at the reception. Enjoy!
