o RSVP on the website and let us know when you have booked your travel and accommodations.

• What is the dress code?
Answer
-Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding Ceremony/Reception Formal beach attire. It will probably be quite warm, so plan accordingly. Floral prints, bright fun beachy colors, whatever makes you feel your best. No ties or heels needed!

• Can I bring a plus-one?

o All attendance issues and any additional person(s) must be cleared through Mike or Britt before 04/01/2025.

• How do I get to Costa Rica?
Answer
o The nearest large airport is Liberia (LIR).

• Do I need a visa or passport to travel to Costa Rica?
Answer
o Passport is required, but no additional visa is needed. US currency is accepted for tips.

• What is the best way to get around in Costa Rica?
Answer
o Generally, you only need to plan on transportation between the airport and the resort.

• Will transportation be provided to and from the airport/wedding venue?
Answer
o It is each guest’s own responsibility to make sure they can get from the airport to the resort. The ceremony itself is on the beach at the resort, so no additional transportation is needed. Contact the hotel for additional information if you need help getting to the resort from the airport.

• Are there any recommended activities or tours in Costa Rica?

o Make sure if you plan any activity on Saturday 7/19/2025, you have enough time to get back and be ready for the ceremony.

• What is the wedding itinerary?
Answer
o The brief ceremony will start at 2:00 P.M. This will be followed by a cocktail hour at 3:00 P.M. Dinner will be a private reception at 6:00 P.M. All of these are at the resort, so you will be able to get back to your room and change clothes, rest, freshen up, etc.

• Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
o All wedding events will be outside. We are only 500 miles from the equator, so it will be warm.

• What should I expect in terms of weather in Costa Rica?
Answer
o Please bring appropriate clothing for warm and sun. Also, it is hurricane season, so be prepared for some rain.
