Q: Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
A: Valet Parking: Arrive at 1601 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami 33132 and drop of your vehicle with the valet team. Parking is $35 per day for overnight. Self Parking: Arrive at any of the self parking entrances at NE 15th Street or NE 17th Terrace. Take a ticket and proceed to the 7th floor to reach our meeting spaces. Parking is $20 per day for overnight.

Q: Are there other nearby hotels or Airbnb options?
Answer
A: Yes—Miami has tons of great places to stay! Check out areas like Brickell, South Beach, and Wynwood for nearby options. We suggest you stay at the Hilton Downtown Miami as there will not be any additional transportation provided.

Q: What’s the dress code?
Answer
A: Indian attire is not mandatory! The attire is noted on the events page. Think elegant but comfortable—Miami can be warm and humid! If you would like to dress up in Indian attire, here are a few great options to buy some: 🕌 Traditional Indian Attire (For Those Who’d Like to Embrace the Culture!) Women: Lehenga – A beautiful skirt + crop top combo, often with a dupatta (scarf). Saree – A draped, elegant classic. Salwar Kameez / Anarkali – Comfortable and graceful with a long tunic and pants. Men: Sherwani – A formal long coat with fitted pants, great for weddings. Kurta Pajama – A classic and comfy tunic outfit.
