Is there a dress code?

Dress Code: Black Tie Optional. We kindly invite our guests to join us in dressing elegantly for the occasion!

Do you have any hotel accomodations?

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

For guests staying at the Hilton, a shuttle service will be available with a 4:30 PM departure to Rocky Fork Country Club. A return shuttle service will run continuously beginning at 9:00 PM through 2:00 AM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Complimentary parking is available for all guests. Please use the lot located at the top of the hill, directly across from the clubhouse.

Are children permitted?

Answer

We kindly ask that no children attend, as our wedding will be an adults-only celebration.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 PM. Doors will open for guests at 5:00 PM

Will the Wedding be outside?

Answer

Yes! As long as the weather cooperates, we’re planning to have our ceremony, cocktail hour, and celebration outdoors.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Formal Invitations have been sent out, please mail your RSVP no later than April 5th!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

When you receive your reply card with your invitation, please list any dietary restrictions you may have.
