For our American mates - a "braai" is essentially a bbq, but truthfully, it's more of a lifestyle... We've got a treat lined up to kick off the weekend and it's one of our greatest culinary traditions: Lamb On The Spit. We'll also have some tasty vegetarian options on offer too - don't you worry!
