our journey into wedded bliss :)

We met Fall 2018 in our Multicultural Counseling course at Fresno State. We were ranked side by side in a class activity by a peer for being the "strongest," for being outspoken and highly engaged in class. Our sense of curiosity was evident. We later were paired for an interview where we talked about tortas, plant-based eating, and family. Little did we know this was only the beginning of our food adventures and bonding experiences. We continued getting to know each other over the course of this class; we shared a sense of humor over memes and gifs. On our first date, we went dancing under the stars. Our hearts met and have been smitten ever since.
