Flight

South Bend International Airport

South Bend has its own airport, which can be a very convenient option. It’s just a 15-minute drive from the University of Notre Dame campus. However, flight options are somewhat limited, so you will most likely need to book a connecting flight.

Train

South Shore Line

If you prefer to fly in from Chicago and don't want to rent a car, the train is a great option! The South Shore Line is a train that runs between Millennium Station in downtown Chicago and South Bend International Airport. The full trip takes a little over 2 hours. You can take CTA trains from O'Hare (Blue Line) and Midway (Orange Line) to the loop and walk to Millennium Station.
