Question

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Unless your RSVP includes a to write-in your plus one, we ask that only people named on the invite join us on our day. Please ask us if there's someone special we left out.

Are my kids invited?

Answer

If your RSVP included them, yes! That being said, with alcohol being served, we hope the wedding can be a nice night for you to relax among adults. If accommodations cannot be made, please feel free to reach out to us.

What should I wear?

Answer

We ask our guests to wear semi-formal, cocktail, and garden party attire. Spring colors are encouraged but feel free to wear what makes you feel comfortable within the dress code. For those of you who might wear heels, please keep in mind that the ceremony will take place on grass. Ladies, feel free to wear dresses, jumpsuits, or other semi-formal wear. Florals are totally fine! Guys, feel free to wear button-downs and dress pants or khakis. Jackets and ties are optional. We ask that you do not wear jeans, shorts, flip-flops, or other casual wear.

What will transportation to the venue look like?

Answer

If you are staying at Club Continental, you can simply walk over to the Winterbourne before the ceremony. If you are not staying on the grounds, we ask that you drive, carpool, or Uber/lyft to the venue. We want you to have fun and stay safe so please keep transportation in mind.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue and there will be signs instructing you where to park. If you plan on drinking we encourage you to carpool with someone who is not, utilize Uber/Lyft, or stay at one of the nearby travel accommodations linked in the travel tab.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please aim to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the ceremony to account for time parking and seating. If you are arriving late, please wait until after the ceremony to enter.

Will the ceremony be indoors? What about the reception?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors. There will be an outdoor cocktail hour. The reception will take place indoors. We will be right on the river so there might be a light breeze. The weather should be a cool 60-70 degrees.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Please feel free to reach out and let us know if you have dietary restrictions. Our venue/caterer will work with us to ensure you are taken care of. They have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.

Can I gift the couple something that is not on the registry?

Answer

We have been living together for five years. That being said, our home is fully stocked. We don't expect any gifts but if you would like to gift us something, we ask that you contribute to our honeymoon fund or gift any items listed on our registry.
