We met in December of 2017 after spending time with friends in our hometown. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to meet again in person before going back to our respective schools. It started off slow (thanks, Blossom) but texting soon became calling, and calling soon turned into FaceTiming. After many long nights of talking through our phones, we finally took the leap and met up in Baltimore during her spring break. We spent a wonderful first week together exploring Hampden, Fells Point, and Inner Harbor, where I finally asked her to be my girlfriend on March 14, 2018 at the Baltimore National Aquarium. We had to navigate being in a long distance relationship at first, which proved to be challenging, but we eventually reunited in Maryland after we both graduated school. We spent the last few years together after being there for each other throughout all of the good times of trying new foods, going to concerts, and traveling together, or hardships of navigating COVID and career changes. Regardless, we knew that this was a relationship worth fighting for, and that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together. In March of 2025, Brian FINALLY popped the question and we were officially engaged! It’s taken a while, but we’re here now and we’re so excited to be spending the culmination of laughter, tears, and a whole lot of love together with all of you!
