Is Wolftrap Farm the same as Wolf Trap, the popular performing arts venue, sometimes known as Wolf Trap Farm Park?

NO! Wolftrap Farm, where the wedding will be, is a picturesque farm in Gordonsville, VA (Orange County). Wolf Trap the performing arts venue is a national park in Vienna, VA (Fairfax County), and they do not seem to have anything scheduled for Oct. 6.

Nope! Wear whatever you want! We want people to be comfortable and have fun!

Sure! The more, the merrier! Just let us know so we make sure we have enough chairs.

Yes! And we'll have kid-friendly snacks and activities to keep them occupied.

Are the ceremony and the reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! The whole event will happen at Cox Mill Pavilion at Wolftrap Farm. The ceremony will be on top of a hill behind the pavilion, and the reception will be inside the pavilion.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Parking for Cox Mill Pavilion is in the Barn Oval or on Wolftrap Road.

How long is the reception?

Answer

We'll probably start partying around 2:30, and we’ll have to shut down by midnight. Otherwise, the day is our oyster!

I have a dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Of course! We want to make sure all our guests are able to enjoy the party!
