We’re getting married!

Jordan and I first met when we were in high school. He was a senior and I was a Sophomore. We both ended up in the same class neither of us needed to take. We sat across the room from each other and never talked to one another. Then, one day my friends started talking to his friends and we all began talking. After that we ended up talking to each other in class everyday and eventually we became friends. We ended up becoming best friends and did everything together, if you ever saw one of us the other one was always there too. After a little over a year of being best friends we became a couple. Fast forward to 5 years later when he popped the question. He had told me that we had won a tour of the coliseum prior to the basketball game and I was all excited. Prior to being with Jordan I was not much for sports but after being with a Halbritter I had changed my mind, it became the thing that brought us all together as a family. And him knowing how much family means to me, he planned the best engagement that I could have asked for, his family and mine all showed up to surprise me with signs for the proposal and then he gave his speech while on one knee and proposed to me. Of course, I was crying like a fool but it was perfect! The perfect man, both our families, it being on video for me to watch again and again, how could I say anything but “yes”!
