There is a parking lot right in front of the 1896 room. Please note that the club members will be parking as well to play golf. There is a golf cart shuttle service for the outlying lots.
While we love the little ones, we have decided to keep this an adult only event. That being said we kindly ask that you only bring those formally invited on your invitation. We hope you understand and enjoy the night off. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!
The Ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 pm, with a cocktail hour and reception to immediately follow. Please arrive no later than 2:30pm. We would like you to have enough time to park, enter the venue and find your seats. You will enter at the front of the venue and go through the reception hall. The ceremony will be held outside in the back of the building next to the golf course.
We would love to see our closest friends and family dress up! Dress code is formal or black tie attire. The ceremony will be outdoors and reception will be inside, so dress accordingly. Thank you!
The ceremony will be unplugged. All cell phones should be on silent and no photography. We want you all to be present and in the moment with us. Our photographers will get all the pictures we need to capture our very special moment. We will be sending out our photos in a shared album after the wedding. During reception photos and videos are encouraged. Thank you!
The mother and father of the bride will be hosting an open house brunch Sunday September 20th from 10am-2pm. Nothing fancy- just causal. Come celebrate the new couple one more time!
