Is there a shuttle to the ceremony/venue for hotel guests?

Answer

Yes. If you are staying overnight at Minerals Hotel, there will be a shuttle pick-up at 3pm & 3:30pm to bring guests to the ceremony/venue. Pick up is outside the hotel main entrance. The shuttle will return at the end of the reception to drop-off guests back at the hotel. There is not a shuttle service for any other hotel in the area.

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Please arranged for a sitter.

Yes. Please include their name on the invitation response cards.

Cocktail or formal. Please remember to bring a coat or shawl for the outdoor ceremony.
